About StepbyStep
Dance School
Our lead instructor at StepbyStep Dance School offers a wealth of professional experience and expertise. Starting their journey at Elvet Ballet School and advancing their training at Northern Ballet School, they have enjoyed a diverse career, including various professional contracts and roles as an aerialist. As a Level 2 Women's Artistic Coach and a fully RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) certified teacher, they bring exceptional standards and knowledge to every class.
Their experience also extends to working with ASN (Additional Support Needs) and trauma-based students, reflecting a deep commitment to inclusive and supportive teaching. With a focus on developing strong technique, confidence, and new skills, our instructor creates a nurturing environment where every student can thrive and excel in their dance journey.
